I'm 21 year old male. I am in my senior year of college as a business major. I am also a baseball player and my current goal that i've had since I was 6 is to play professional baseball. That is my plan and it is not going to change. When it's time to hang it up I will move on to something new and excitng, but I don't think I can ever have a "cubical" job.

The basics: I am a half Italian, half Black full time student, originally from Peoria, Arizona. For the past few months I have been thinking about getting a girlfriend every day. It is my most important goal. I just want a girl to love me. I am trying to find out what the secret is to attracting a woman. And I have found that there is a formula. The problem is, I don't want to change who I am in order to become more attractive to women (to attract more women). I don't want to be stressed to earn a lot of money, or to appear more confident, or to drive a car, or to buy anything for her. I believe that a girl shouldn't become more attracted or less attracted to me based on whether I buy her anything, own a car, wear certain clothing, or work at a certain kind of job, have a certain amount of education, etc. These are things I would have; they wouldn't be me. I want a girl to want me. I want her to get to know my mind. I am a nice guy. I treat girls well by listening to them. I get to know them by memorizing their past. When I know their past, I can advise them. I understand what they are going through. I can solve their problems. I can relate my experience with theirs. But then, this seems like they would like me for my problem-solving ability. And let's say that I didn't have that ability, would they be less attracted? If so, then they are liking me for my counseling abilities, not me. No, that is me; it's not like my car or my clothing or my education; those things give her hope that I am a guy with a high "survival value," which means they will increase my perceived value to her, not my actual value. But if having a newer car makes other people attracted to me, if they like me, if they help me survive, then maybe a newer car is worth having.

I want to feel important. I want people to be attracted to me like a magnet. I don't want to have to try to attract them. For example, I want a woman to want to be with me all the time. I don't want to have to make her love me. She will love me as I am; I won't have to be someone I'm not. I won't be nervous around her because I will know that she loves me.

Who I'd like to meet: Firecrackers who, as well, take no shit. People that want to know and be known, who are secure (or secure with their insecurities), confident and courteous. Those that enjoy doing random nice things for others. Proud outsiders. Witty, low-key Those who can teach me a thing or two, but who also want to learn. Human beings with big hearts, preferably worn on the sleeve. Difficult yet reasonable people who give only that which they'd like to receive. Folk who can be a total dorks in public and not give a shit. People who know it's not about having everything, just the right things. Square pegs. Those that grow, strive, achieve. People who see hurdles as challenges, not problems. And lastly,I am looking for a woman is adventurous and athletic (enjoys staying in shape) and loves to DANCE...... A woman who maintains a healthy lifestyle is very important.I LOVE YOGA.... I would like to find a woman who has a warm heart, is genuine and has a positive outlook on life. That is, someone who has a zest or a passion for life and is able to find the good in almost any situation. She must also be good at communicating her thoughts, feelings and desires, etc. Since I believe family is important, I look for a woman who has a supportive, stable family. A woman who enjoys learning and experiencing new things. Someone who loves affection (holding hands, kissing, snuggling, etc) is a must. Do you want to live life to the fullest?

But you'll find that out soon enough anyway. I feel like this section isn't really needed. What's something that doesn't fit in anywhere else? I always look on the bright side of things, even through tough times. I'm afraid of earthquakes even though I've lived in California all my life. What do I do with my free time you ask? Well... I am a naturally active person who likes to do all those outdoorsy kinds of things. I love to dive, fish (angle and spear) kayak (I often dive off my kayak with my gun or in search of abs) mountain bike ride, hike, camp (or hike, fish and camp in conjunction with each other also known as)backpacking, shooting, and more witch I'm sure I have forgotten or not been exposed to yet. With that said I equally enjoy my down time and love to attempt to play guitar, watch movies, cook, read and tend to my reef tank I think I have a sick infatuation with water actually. Lol.

I've never tried online dating before, which entails that the following information will leave me feeling extremely awkward. Ok I haven't updated this for a while, so I decided to give a little more info about myself.

I was working at a place that closed recently (I was there for over 5 years), and I just started a new job that pays a little more than half of what I was making. I've had to make some adjustments in my spending - I moved to a cheaper apartment, etc.

I moved to California about six years ago and I've lived in California, Georgia, Idaho, South Carolina, Utah, Illinois, and Tennessee. I've lived in a bunch of different places and I don't know anyone that I went to elementary school with. I have kind of a hard time getting to know people.

I'm in pretty good shape for my age and many people think that I'm at least five years younger (which is pretty awesome). I recently started working out at the gym again, and I go there 4 nights a week. I also recently got more involved with my local Roller Derby team, and am at the skating rink between 1-3 nights a week.

I have a very cynical personality and I generally don't trust people (myself included). Other people have told me that I have kind of a weird sense of humor and it takes a while for most people to figure out what the hell I'm talking about, once I start talking. I will randomly make references to things (usually something from a movie, book, or song), without warning and without explanation, I guess it's kind of my way to see how much I have in common with people around me.

I'm the kind of person everyone likes to be around. I like to be happy and I try to surround myself with happy people. I am an old soul who likes to smile and see others smile. I'm respectful and hard working. I love the outdoors and I like to be active. I don't sit around watching tv or spend all my time on the computer. I have the best dog in the world, Toby. Well, I am me! Sorta sums it up right? I'm kind of a quiet guy until you get to know me, probably the least social Leo you'll ever meet! Allow me to spin this lovely little e-yarn for you so you can, by the projection of my online persona, perhaps catch a glimpse of a slice of who I really am. (That's how these things work, like or not.) So, about "me:" I was born in San Francisco, but have spent my life in the North Bay, chiefly the suburban scene of Rohnert Park. Consider myself a relatively relaxed guy, having a mellow, literate, more "mature" side, but certainly can become spontaneous and wacky within the blink of an eye. Would like to think of myself as one of those guys who you could find in a cafe or jazz bar in the city, looking like some low-key hipster guy talking about books or music or politics, though I'd probably stick out like a sore thumb because I'm nowhere near cool or pretentious enough to fit into that "scene." Still, it's fun thinking about it sometimes, sitting out here on the periphery - not that I like labels, but you do have a picture in your head of what I'm talking about now, right? I can say, unabashedly, that I'm fiercely a liberal socialist.

OK so my name is Cory Lynch, After a few past rough years with a lot of up and downs with a lot of things in my life. I have decided to change my life for the better and not let things get me down as easy. I am 21, I currently work 2 jobs which are seasonal, They might not always provide enough money for me but they provide me with enough to get by. I am a nerd and proud of it. I promise I will beat you at most Unix/Linux challenges you may confront me with. I am an awesome cook on the BBQ but cant cook with a stove worth crap *so maybe you can teach me*. Well I really hate trying to descibe myself but I guess if want people to reply you have to. Im 35 years old and I work all the time.For the lasts 11 to 12 years Ive been in two relationships. One was a high school sweatheart and the other turned out now to be my bestfriend. So now I want to find someone for the rest of my life.

I'm from the Inland Empire but have been living in Rohnert Park since August of 2007. I go to Sonoma State and major in City/Regional Planning (which is in the Environmental Studies and Planning Department) and Political Science. I've been in the Army Reserves for a couple of years, but don't support this war and am the polar opposite of a republican (politics are a touchy issue for me, I'm not a democrat either). I'm not religious at all, I used to consider myself a Christian but then I made the decision that religion is all a bunch of made up fairy tales meant to control people and that I would live my life by my reason, and my reason alone. I have a keyboard but don't play it very well, I like to sketch/draw using pens and charcoal, I play Wii (Brawl!), Playstation 2 (I'll get a PS3 some time within the next few months just so I can finally play Metal Gear 4), and PC games (not MMO's). I like to go running and work out at least a few times a week. I've been a vegetarian for roughly six years. I also like to make and edit videos, but that's not my strongest point. I have a BMX bike named Myrtle and I love it.

I don't know if you have ever heard of stumble upon, but that's how I found this website. (WARNING: If you haven't heard of stumble upon keep it that way... It is the most addicting thing in the world!) So I'm not sure that I was in search of meeting someone via internet but I'd love to give it a try.

I go to school in Sonoma County but I grew up in Saratoga. When I went off to college my parents moved to our little 66 acre hillside getaway in Gilroy (SHHHHHHHWING). I idolize anyone who lives in San Francisco and hope to someday call it home but until I can cut ties with my University I will have to settle for the all too rare visit.

I dedicated a whole month of last summer to solving a Rubik's cube.

I play guitar and piano and I love anything that has to do with music. I go to concerts all the time, and since I'm already in line to.. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go to every Outside Lands Festival there is until I die. When I watch movies I remember the music just as much as I do the storyline. Same thing with commercials.

I hate the idea of reality TV! but i still watch it. American Idol sucks. Everyone's obsession with celebrities perplexes me.

Every time I sneeze I think about my old high school calculus teacher, Mrs. Lawson, who would sneeze uncontrollably until the whole class would shout "STOP!". Oh Mrs. Lawson...

If i try really hard I can run under a 7 minute mile, although it's much easier to pay somebody else to do it for me.

No matter how much anyone bashes them I think video games are the most awesome thing ever! I grew up on Super Mario and Donkey Kong. To this day I haven't met a better Donkey Kong player than my sister so I'm pretty sure the whole not being into video games is a conspiracy amongst you girls.

I play volleyball for my school and almost won a National Championship my Sophomore year!

If you are a fan of English and grammar I must apologize in advance! I am great at spelling, however, I haven't yet figured out how to correctly use commas, so, I might, throw them into, my writing, way too, often.

I love science fiction and consider myself to be a huge geek. I love living in the Sonoma/Napa Wine Valley, except for the prices. I'm pretty easy going except about politics, racism, sexism, and homophobia, then I get fierce or bitchy, depending on which side of the argument you fall on.

I am one of the most easy going people you'll ever meet. I try to do something crazy at least once a day, I laugh really loud, and I love going to shows. I drink a lot of coffee, I eat a lot of good food, and I love being active. ! I can't do anything without listening to music. My mind is always thirsty for new knowledge and gets bored without it. I speak Spanish as a second language. I love going to the beach but rarely go in the water. You may find me out downtown on a Friday night, or hiding in my room reading. My hero is Dr. Drew Pinski! (But Love Line was better with Adam Corolla).

The best way to get to know me is to ask, but I like reading, hanging out with friends, watching tv, camping, kayaking, horses and I usually take on interests depending who I am around.
I spend my time hanging out with friends, and since there is not much to do around here we usually end up watching movies or going to San Fran. I find drunk people amusing but since I rarely drink I get bored after a few hours. I would prefer to find someone I can have fun with and try new things, someone who has common interests and a quirky sense of humor.

I have 3 turtles named Melvin, Stanley, and Wordsworth. They are my buddies and if you like turtles also then you are pretty cool. I like to rock climb both outdoors and indoors and i climb indoors almost every day. I am an overly motivated student and i get upset when i get an A-. I appreciate the deliciousness of beer and wine but i don't make it a priority. I'm easy to get along with and i try to avoid unnecessary conflict. I have a pretty optimistic mindset, i convince myself that upcoming events are going to be exciting just so i can have something exciting to look forward to. I also enjoy creative writing and recreational activities, amount other things.

I am a loving, kind, respectful, friendly, outgoing, trustworthy single woman! I don't like head games, therefore I REFUSE to play them! I am ALWAYS 100% honest, even if it might hurt someones feelings! I believe in karma and what goes around comes around...so, I try my hardest to make every effort to treat people the way I would want to be treated! What's Up, my name is Frank (Frankie if you like). I love to have fun! I love to Dance! and I just love to live life. I am a student at SFSU. I live in Rohnert Park and commute to school on Tuesday and Thursdays. I have a loving family. My favorite singer and inspiration is Janet Jackson. I am truly glad to be moving on in life. Life is full of adventure and I'm ready for a new one. I have accomplished a few things besides school. I have been making films, and music videos since I was in 5th grade. I have made over 100 music videos and hope to continue to with MAD-K Productions. As far as friends go, I have come to realize that those I am truly friends with are all my best friends. I can't just be "friends" with people I need to be able to trust them, and rely on them like they can on me , thus making them a "best friend." I would say personally I can be a little much for some people, but I feel I'm generally a good person and sometimes tend to care about others more than I do myself. Maybe I should change that.

I am ready to find someone out there to become at least close friends with. I'd like to find someone who gets me and who I understand. Someone who I can just call up and we can hang out, watch a movie, just relax. At the same time I'd like this person to also be someone who is outgoing and wouldn't mind hanging out with others and getting to know some of my friends and family. I'm at a point in my life where I really feel that I need some sort of change and I think finding someone new to be a part of my life might just be the right thing :D

I like to go out, and I like to stay in. I like the sun, and I like the rain. I like having friends over and I like being alone. I like traveling, and I like staying at home. I try to look at the bright side of things, and yet seem to have a bit of drama in my life - brought to me mostly by friends and family who I love so much. I'm lucky.

I'm kind of shy, it takes me a little while to warm up to people, but when I do look out! I love going out and doing new things. I frequently go out to concerts in San Francisco with friends. I'm working up the courage for Karaoke by learning to sing better, ha ha.

I like interesting conversations, especially with people I can learn from. I don't like it when people are arrogant about themselves, it's a major turn off. I like to meet open-minded people who are willing to experience new things.

My name is Tyler, I'm currently going to Santa Rosa Junior College for a Computer Science degree. I plan on being a Video Game Designer for my future career. I love Video Games, Anime/Manga, TV, Computers and Wrestling (Though i'm no redneck for the latter)

Hmmm.. I'm a dedicated father of a 14yr old boy, and enjoy hanging out with my family. Music is what I really enjoy doing both listening to it and playing it. I also enjoy hiking and mountain biking and usually frequent Anadel state park and Mt. Tam. Coffee is good stuff and I probably drink too much but I try to compensate by drinking lots of water. Being a parent at a young age has been tough but has made me a better person. I must mention: after my last relationship I moved into my Mom's house, anticipating that I will be broke while attending nursing school. Yeah Yeah I know might as well have a 3rd eye...but I gotta do what I gotta do for now anyway. I'm not looking for anything specific in a relationship just hoping to find something that feels good. I want to be able to be myself with whom ever I'm around and hope to make someone else feel the same way.

I'm Spencer. Lets face it, shall we? I'm a nerd really, I love games. PC and console, although I tend more to the computer. I watch anime from time to time and find it quite enjoyable. I read every single night and whenever I find a moment where nothing else will sate me.

Past that, I'm a pretty caring person. I greatly enjoy making people happy, as it in turns brightens my own day. From this I've delved a bit into Culinary Arts, taking class' at the local Junior College. In cooking I find I'm able to do three things I greatly enjoy, Make others happy, create something that is wholly and completely mine and express my creative artsy side in a way I don't completely fail at =p.

As a footnote, I like to make footnotes and oftentimes Parenthesis are found within my writing, serving various purposes (Although most often they can be thought of as something of a stage whisper, I suppose).

Footnote Part II: I also type as I would speak in a normal vocal conversation, punctuating where I would pause or stop speaking appropriately. I find that conversation is often times limited by "perfect English", and speaking in such a way takes emphasis, character and personality out of your writing (strictly speaking in terms of conversations, of course).
